We have sued state sponsors of terrorism on behalf of victims of some of the world’s deadliest terrorists, including Sabri Khalil al-Banna, the Abu Nidal Organization, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, Bayat al-Imam, June al-Sham, Jamaal al-Tawhid wal-Jihad, al-Qaeda in Iraq, the Mujahedin Shura Council, Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, Abu Ayyub al-Masri, the Islamic State of Iraq, Akhtar Mansour, Hibatullah Akhundzada, the Afghan Taliban, Jalalludin Haqqani, Sirajuddin Haqqani and the Haqqani Network. We build the right team of investigators, security consultants, doctors and forensic pathologists in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for terror victims and their family members. We have successfully litigated these cases to final civil money damages judgments under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. We have successfully asserted claims before the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission of the United States Department of Justice, and the United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund. We have collected millions in damages for our terror victim clients.

Co-counsel in successful representation of Lloyds insurance syndicate and bankruptcy trustee of Pan American Airways, Inc. in negotiations to settle business claims pending against Libya in Scottish courts and arising from the December 1988 terrorist bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland.
